GFI Digital is seeking a skilled Copier Service Technician to install, service, and repair office equipment at customer sites across Missouri. This full-time role includes travel to client locations and on-the-job training to build your technical expertise.

You will work with a team, maintain inventory, and strive to meet productivity goals while benefiting from a company vehicle, cellphone, laptop, and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Attention to detail, highly organized and customer-focused.
• Self-motivated, directed, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair office equipment onsite.
• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair and replace components.
• Maintain and reconcile personal parts inventory.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for assigned products.
• Follow problem escalation procedures.
