GFI Digital is seeking a Copier Service Technician in a full-time role. The position includes on-site installation, service, and repair of office equipment, with travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and replace components.

Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies a competitive hourly wage and a performance-based monthly bonus. Company-provided vehicle, cellphone and laptop are included.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude is required.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a positive attitude are a must.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• The Service Technician is responsible for the onsite installation, service and repair of a variety of office equipment
• This position requires traveling to and from customer sites to troubleshoot, repair and replace components as necessary
• Maintain, manage and reconcile personal parts inventory
• Meet or exceed appropriate productivity standards relative to assigned products
• Understand and utilize problem escalation procedures
