Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Copier Service Technician to perform onsite installation, service and repair of a variety of office equipment, traveling to customer sites as needed to troubleshoot and replace components. Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and a positive attitude required.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Precise attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Highly self-motivated, directed, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation, service and repair of office equipment.
• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, repair and replace components as necessary.
• Maintain, manage and reconcile personal parts inventory.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards relative to assigned products.
• Understand and utilize problem escalation procedures.
