Onsite Staffing Coordinator (Swing Shift) – $20/hr

Location: 9 Gateway Commerce Center Dr. E, Edwardsville, IL

Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

As the "go-to" person on the floor, you’ll be the bridge between the production team and management, ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine while the rest of the world is heading to bed.

• Reporting & Leadership: Occasionally step into the "Onsite Coordinator" shoes to handle Fill Rate reports, End‑of‑Shift (EOS) documentation, and safety incident reporting.
