Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our Bloomingdale, Illinois team. The role manages the field employee workforce, enforces safety protocols, supports client needs, resolves issues in real time, and boosts operational efficiency.

Starting pay is $22/hour (DOE), with weekly pay. Monday-Thursday, 5pm–4am, with occasional Sundays, and overtime availability. Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety, GMP and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
