Accurate Personnel is seeking a 2nd SHIFT Onsite Coordinator for our team in Niles, Illinois. You will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, and support client needs proactively to enhance operational efficiency.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish preferred, 1–2 years in industrial staffing, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. On-site work with overtime potential, benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry, preferably as an on-site coordinator.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk the floor 3–4x a day.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to client and associate needs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for the client and Accurate Personnel.
• Walk the floor multiple times daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities in real time.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with teams and individuals.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a 2nd SHIFT Onsite Coordinator to join our team in Niles, Illinois!

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $22 - 25/hr., depending on experience, paid weekly.
• 2nd SHIFT - Monday-Friday, 3pm - 12am. On-sites will need to be available for overtime and have flexible availability.

• Located in Niles, Illinois

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage field employees including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
