• Distribute company flyers, announcements, reminders, and other approved communication materials.
• Help communicate information regarding company programs, activities, and initiatives.
• Maintain employee bulletin boards and communication areas to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Provide employees and drivers with contact information for the appropriate company resource when requested.
• Receive employee and driver concerns professionally and respectfully and route them to the appropriate manager or company resource for follow-up.
• Follow site safety rules and required safety protocols.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Workplace Support Representative to help create a welcoming and positive work environment. This part-time position will serve as a communication link between drivers, employees, and site management at a busy production and transportation facility.

Pay Rate: $18 - 20 /H

Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday / 5:00AM - 9:00AM
