BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Controls and Validation Engineer to join our client's site in Irvine, CA.

The role supports control systems and building management systems in a regulated environment, from troubleshooting and programming through qualification and documentation. The ideal candidate has strong electrical troubleshooting, automation, commissioning, and validation experience, with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI, AVEVA, EBO, and Vaisala systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of related experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with industrial controls, electrical systems, and validation.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming software.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues involving systems up to 480 VAC.
• Solid understanding of commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and software validation activities.
• Strong technical writing, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Program, troubleshoot, and support Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMI systems.
• Work with AVEVA, Schneider EBO, and Vaisala systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and controls issues up to 480 VAC.
• Plan and execute commissioning activities for equipment and controls.
• Create, route for approval, and execute IQ, OQ, PQ, and SWV protocols.
• Document test results and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to ensure reliable performance.
