Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in the United States is seeking an Engineer II to join the Engine System Software team. You will support integration of control systems across engine subsystems and develop MBSE-based requirements using Cameo Systems Modeler.

Responsibilities include tracing and validating requirements, translating them into Model-Based Design in MATLAB/Simulink, and developing Simulink models for actuation systems. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; 2 years engineering experience or an advanced degree.
• Strong knowledge of control system concepts and MBSE practices.
• Experience with requirements decomposition, traceability, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of engine control systems across subsystems.
• Develop and decompose requirements per ARP4754.
• Own lifecycle activities: authoring, allocation, traceability, validation, verification.
• Translate requirements to MBDE implementations in MATLAB/Simulink.
