Job summary

Helmerich and Payne is seeking a Recruiter to support full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, operational, and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and manage communications and onboarding coordination.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, compliance with laws, and collaboration with HR teams. This is a contract, on-site position located in Tulsa, OK through a third‑party staffing agency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, communications, education, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, operational, and technical positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet established qualifications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and facilitate movement throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
