Employment Enterprises is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment onsite in Arlington, VA. This contract role offers an hourly pay range of $35–$43 and involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and compliance across the staffing process.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (BA/BS preferred) with 0–2 years of talent acquisition experience, proficiency in HR software and MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
• 0–2 years in talent acquisition or HR.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, and community organizations.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and support hiring process.
• Prepare offers, coordinate background checks, and ensure onboarding.
• Maintain applicant records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Build talent pipelines and promote the organization’s brand through outreach and recruitment marketing.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and support process improvements.
