Job summary

Baker Hughes in Louisiana seeks a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management to steward long-term service agreements for LNG and turbomachinery, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving contract compliance and performance metrics on site at Calcasieu Pass.

You will own customer interfaces, manage escalations, support outage planning, and seek continuous improvement to maximize reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness for our refinery customers.

Qualifications

• Have university degree in Engineering along with 5+ years direct experience with gas and steam turbines.
• Have project Management expertise with large customers utilizing technical skills and maintenance knowledge
• Have previous experience in customer facing roles with LNG clients
• Have outage execution experience with turbomachinery products
• Able to work onsite at customer site in Louisiana
• Have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term contractual service agreements, ensuring compliance with commercial, operational, technical, and performance obligations.
• Lead all contract performance activities related to Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outage execution.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Own customer contract performance metrics including financial, operational, technical, reliability, availability, and safety indicators.
• Act as liaison for customer contract matters, managing escalations and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and contract profitability.

As a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management, based on site in Calcasieu Pass, Louisiana, you will be responsible to:

• Managing long-term contractual service agreements, ensuring full compliance with commercial, operational, technical, and performance obligations
• Leading all contract performance activities related to Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outage execution
• Serving as the primary customer interface, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and seamless coordination between customer stakeholders and internal teams
• Owning customer contract performance metrics, including financial, operational, technical, reliability, availability, and safety performance indicators
• Acting as the primary liaison for customer contract matters, managing escalations, change requests, and performance discussions
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Quality, HSE, and Commercial functions to deliver contractual commitments
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and long-term contract profitability
• Ensuring adherence to contractual service requirements, performance guarantees, operational specifications, and service-level commitments
• Coordinating local site teams during planned outages, maintenance activities, inspections, and major service events to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Supporting contract administration activities including proposal support, contract negotiations, amendments, performance reviews, and commercial governance
• Identifying and communicate equipment upgrade opportunities, technology enhancements, and lifecycle improvement strategies that create value for customers

To be successful in this role you will

• Have demonstrated success in financial management, KPI reporting, risk management, and contract performance governance
