Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations for parts, components, and final system assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineers on setup and calibration tasks.
• Test and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Collect and evaluate operating data with software to adjust products.
• Develop methods from blueprints, drawings, or diagrams to control processes.
• Assist engineers with experiments and compile technical reports.
