Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter on a contract basis, based onsite in New York, NY. You will support full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions across the U.S., including Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

You will manage the end-to-end candidate journey, partner with recruiters and hiring managers on priorities and timelines, and maintain recruiting operations using ATS and CRM, handling high-volume recruiting with timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Recruitment experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; Workday is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring process support.
• Recruit for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, set priorities, and support hiring timelines.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels and tools.
• Oversee applicant tracking activities to ensure accurate job postings, well-organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates, coordinate interviews, and support a strong candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across the recruiting process.
• Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting activity and candidate information in the ATS and CRM.
• Support high-volume recruiting needs while staying organized, responsive, and focused on candidate service.
