You will guide professionals through benefit options, eligibility, and enrollment systems, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in benefits administration, human resources, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS or benefits administration systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs.
• Explain plan options, eligibility requirements, enrollment procedures, and deadlines.
• Assist with navigating online enrollment systems and resolving basic access or usability issues.
• Document inquiries and interactions accurately and consistently.
• Escalate complex benefits, payroll, or system issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of benefits and personal information.
• Support benefits communications and outreach efforts as needed.
• Meet service level expectations for responsiveness and call quality.
