Job summary

Precisionaire, Inc. is seeking a Site Continuous Improvement Manager to drive data-driven improvements across manufacturing and operations. You will map current and future value streams and lead Kaizen events to boost throughput and reduce costs.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Supply Chain and 3–7+ years in manufacturing, with strong lean, 5S, and PDCA experience. You will supervise CI project teams and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to deploy best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years manufacturing, technical or R&D experience
• Lean Manufacturing training/experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or similar Technical degree program

Responsibilities

• Develop a manufacturing map of current and future state value streams (from procurement to order fulfillment).
• Lead Kaizen events and drive rapid improvements across the facility.
• Apply 5S and visual management to improve shop floor organization and safety.
• Confer with engineering staff on product design and tooling for efficient production.
• Estimate production times, staffing, and costs to inform management decisions.
