Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, or manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, A3, Standard Work) and problem-solving.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills; effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBS initiatives to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements.
• Partner with site leadership to design and execute CI roadmap.
• Coach leaders and teams in CBS, Lean, and problem-solving methods.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, VSM, RCA, and A3 problem solving to standardize processes.
• Develop Daily Management Systems, Leader Standard Work, and KPI governance.
• Prepare business cases and capital requests for improvement projects.
