Job summary

Eaton's Power Systems division seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the CI function at the Nacogdoches, TX site. The role includes driving EBS/ECIS, Lean tools, and cost-out initiatives, with ~10% travel and relocation assistance for US candidates.

Responsibilities include leading CI teams, kaizen events, safety governance, and change management to align with business goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or lean manufacturing deployment in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a manager of people.
• Relocation assistance available for candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX.
• Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the plant to achieve business goals.
• Drive Eaton Business System (EBS)/ECIS and Lean tools throughout the enterprise.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams, kaizen events, and problem-solving efforts.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards and ensure compliance with standards.
• Execute sustained change management using methodologies like ADKAR.
