Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives driving key site KPIs. The role requires onsite presence in Oxford, NC and a focus on data-driven action planning and standardization of processes.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related discipline and 1+ years of experience.
• Bias for action.
• Self-motivated with significant attention to detail.
• Analytical and process driven to convert top level data into executable action plans.
• Process development and implementation to enable data granularity for critical business KPIs.
• Capable of working in cross-functional environment within the Site.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible within a team-based environment.
• Capable of working flexible and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve Site KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost).
• Coach teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process for best-practice sharing.
• Create departmental metrics and scorecards aligned to Site Performance.
• Manage scorecards and drive gap-analysis actions.
• Participate in Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizens, or Blitz activities.
• Support additional projects as assigned by leadership.
