Job summary

At Revlon, we seek a hands-on professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives within our Oxford, NC manufacturing site. The role requires full-time onsite presence and focuses on driving value through Lean, TPM, and data-driven process enhancements.

You will develop standard data collection and action plans tied to KPIs and oversee daily management systems. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering with 1+ year experience, are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related discipline with 1+ year experience.
• Bias for action and self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Analytical, data-driven and able to translate data into actions.
• Experience in cross-functional site environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, facilitate, manage, and lead continuous improvement projects for assigned value streams.
• Develop data collection, analysis, and action planning directly related to key KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Daily Management Systems to sustain standard processes and output measures.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for critical process parameters for the business unit.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
