Job summary

Revlon is hiring for an Onsite role in Oxford, NC to plan, organize, facilitate, and lead continuous improvement projects across value streams. You will develop standard data collection processes and KPI dashboards, and serve as the SME for critical process parameters within the business unit.

Responsibilities include leading Lean initiatives, improving safety, quality, and productivity, and supporting World Class Manufacturing principles to drive site performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement teams to identify root causes and drive action.
  • Develop, document, and maintain processes for best practice sharing.
  • Create a departmental metrics system and scorecards aligned to Site KPIs.
  • Participate in Kaizens, RIEs, or Blitz activities using Lean tools.
  • Take on additional projects assigned by leadership.

Overview

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, NC office. Plan, organize, facilitate, manage, and lead continuous improvement projects for assigned value streams. Develop standard processes for data collection, analysis, and action planning directly related to key Business Results and operational KPIs. Develop and maintain Daily Management Systems to ensure standard processes and resulting output measures are sustained. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all critical process parameters for assigned business unit. Support a culture of continuously improving manufacturing using concepts / principles of Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and World Class Manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate continual improvements in Business Results and Site KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, Morale).
  • Lead, facilitate, and coach continuous improvement teams to find root cause and resulting action items using a variety of root cause problem solving techniques with the goal of improving efficiency, productivity, downtime, and scrap issues.
  • Develop, document, and maintain process for best practice sharing and reapplication.
  • Develop a departmental metrics system / scorecard based on the cascade from Site level Business Results & KPIs Manage scorecards for the designated Business Unit as well as resulting gap analysis data to develop actions in the team’s periodic meetings.
  • Participate in Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizens, or Blitz activities as required utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Any additional projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • BS Engineering or related discipline and 1+ years of experience.
  • Must possess a bias for action.
  • Must be a self-motivator with significant attention to detail.
  • Analytical and process driven to convert top level data into executable action plans.
  • Process development and implementation to enable data granularity for critical business KPIs.
  • Capable of working in cross-functional environment within the Site.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be flexible within a team-based environment.
  • Must be capable of working flexible and extended hours.
Pay
  • The base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location.
  • Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
