Job summary

Vitaver is seeking a Construction Supervisor for an onsite, 12-month contract in Clark/Nye Counties, NV. The role requires 100% on-site work at the client site with relocation as needed and a non-negotiable client requirement.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedules, contractor coordination, and stakeholder reporting, coordinating with management and environmental oversight, with extensions possible as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Clark County / Nye County, NV (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are met, including ongoing safety compliance.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management, and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to confirm work meets design requirements and standards.
• Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide project support as directed by leadership for all construction-related activities.
• Serve as liaison between the contractor and project management team, including environmental oversight.
