Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. seeks a Construction Supervisor for a 12-month onsite contract in Clark/Nye Counties, NV. The role requires 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager and strict adherence to safety, QA, and schedule management. Relocation to NV is necessary, with no telecommuting options.

The supervisor will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, prepare status reports, and support leadership across all construction activities at the client site.

• Oversee QC/QA to verify design standards.
• Prepare project updates and stakeholder reports.
• Provide project support as directed by leadership for construction activities.
• Serve as liaison between contractor and project management, including environmental oversight.

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
