Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are being followed.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to make sure work meets design requirements and standards.
• Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements.
• Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership for all construction related activities.
• Liaison between Contractor & NEET Project Management.
• Environmental Oversight.
