Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in related construction fields.
• Self-motivated; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute construction documents to the project team.
• Manage layout and verify field dimensions.
• Verify subcontractor layout for line and grade.
• Administer Quality Management Program and inspections.
• Monitor job progress on-site for contract compliance.
• Document daily activity with reports, photos, and tools.
• Create and distribute daily/weekly work plans and schedules.
• Attend meetings with customers and provide status updates.
• Compile permits, tests, inspections for project completion.
• Assist in Suffolk Safety Program administration.
• Supervise and mentor Field Engineers.
• Communicate safety expectations to project teams.
