Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent for full-time onsite roles in Canton, MA or Worcester, MA. This position leads subcontractor coordination, manages project schedules, safety, quality, and closeout activities to ensure project milestones are met.

You will oversee RFIs, inspections, permits, and vendor coordination, supervise field staff, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction management or field leadership experience.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and foremen; manage schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Administer and enforce safety programs and site safety standards.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, inspections, and quality control; document site activities.
• Drive punch list closure and project closeout; ensure client satisfaction.
