Job summary

Massillon Construction and Supply, LLC seeks a Construction Superintendent for an on-site role in Canton, OH. You will oversee daily field operations, supervise crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure work aligns with safety regulations and quality standards.

You will maintain open communication with owners and architects, track progress using Primavera P6, manage RFIs, ASIs, and inspections, and drive project efficiency and compliance from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong communication with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to manage time, resources, and solve problems efficiently.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• OSHA training or certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and supervise construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractor work with project schedule and milestones.
• Lead weekly on-site construction meetings with subcontractors.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with owners and architects.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with third-party agencies and AHJs.
• Monitor project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Enforce safety regulations and company safety policy.
• Document on-site changes and maintain as-built drawings.
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
