Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks a Superintendent to provide primary on-base management of projects, sub‑contractors, and employees. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, supervise field crews, and ensure safety and quality across mid to large scale construction efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, resource planning, and excellent communication to align client expectations with project progress and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction with supervision responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred, but extensive experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience and training must include understanding construction methods, techniques, equipment and supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite project supervision for mid to large scale construction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on requirements, scheduling, and subcontractor issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and report issues to Program Manager or Safety/HR.
• Supervise field activities, coordinating crews for quality workmanship and productivity.
• Review crew time sheets and support payroll processes.
• Identify priority projects or problems and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Site Safety Health Officers to drive project success.
