Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks a Superintendent to provide on-site management of projects, subcontractors and personnel, ensuring client satisfaction and timely execution. The role reports to the Program Manager and requires coordinating safety, scheduling and resources while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will supervise crews, review time sheets, and communicate changes to standards and expectations. Proficiency with MS Office and blueprints is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related skill, knowledge or experience in construction supervision.
• Experience and training must include methods, techniques, equipment and hands-on supervision.
• Ability to read, understand and apply information from blueprints, surveys and job specifications.
• Interpersonal skills to positively influence employees and subcontractors.
• Strong coordination, time management, listening and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate project activities and workers.
• Lead crews to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, morale and teamwork.
• Communicate changes in requirements, scheduling, and subcontractor issues to the Project Manager.
• Verify crew time sheets and coordinate with Payroll.
• Identify priority projects or problems and report to Project Manager/Safety/HR.
• Plan resources and allocate personnel and equipment to jobs.
