Job summary

Robins Air Force Base, GA, USA—Aleut Federal seeks a Site Superintendent to lead daily onsite construction activities, supervise subcontractors and craft personnel, and interface with clients and project stakeholders. The role requires ensuring work aligns with contract docs, plans, safety and quality standards, and approved schedules.

The candidate will coordinate with the Project Manager, maintain short-term schedules, and manage field operations to ensure on-time, within-budget project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related field.
OSHA 30 certification required; CCM/CQM/EM-385-1 training preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide daily onsite supervision and coordination of construction activities, subcontractors, craft personnel, materials, equipment, and site utilization.
Develop and maintain short-term and look-ahead schedules to support project progress and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, specifications, and safety/quality requirements.
