The role emphasizes enforcing safety policies, incident investigations, and training, with local candidates preferred. It is a full-time, non-union hourly position with benefits and travel up to 10%.

You will work with Safety Managers, Project Managers, and field crews to uphold safety and compliance, maintain records, and support a positive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum OSHA 510 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
• Experience with site safety practices and construction safety programs.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce safety compliance on the project site per owner/GC requirements.
• Maintain safety records and conduct incident investigations to find root causes.
• Report injuries promptly and track safety metrics on site.
• Lead pre-construction safety activities and trainings as needed.
• Assist with job site inspections including JHAs and fall protection.
