Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a Safety Professional to lead and enforce safety programs across construction projects in North Texas and Houston. The role focuses on identifying hazards, conducting audits, and ensuring immediate corrective action by subcontractors to protect lives and property.

Responsibilities

Conduct safety audits, issue violation reports, and require corrective action by subcontractors.
Oversee safety on projects and act as onsite Safety Professional for safety-related questions and improvements.
Educate and advise project staff on safety guidelines and policies.
Develop partnerships with Subcontractor Safety Reps to ensure compliance.
Investigate safety issues and communicate resolutions with project staff and subcontractors.
