Job summary

Construction Grad, LLC in the Denver area seeks an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee safety programs across multiple commercial projects. You will partner with Superintendents and project teams to implement proactive practices and ensure OSHA compliance on active job sites.

Ideal candidates bring strong knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA 30, and experience coordinating with multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety management on commercial projects.
• OSHA construction standards knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating safety across multiple subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs and compliance across multiple commercial construction projects.
• Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, and field teams to identify hazards and implement safety practices.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractor safety requirements and monitor practices.
• Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training for field personnel.
• Investigate incidents and root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory materials.
• Promote a positive safety culture through strong communication and collaboration.
