Job summary

Addison Group seeks an experienced Construction Safety Manager for a major data center project in Mt. Pleasant, WI. This hands-on role requires OSHA knowledge and field safety leadership on the jobsite with project leadership, subcontractors, and trades.

Expect 70–80 hour weeks, overtime at time-and-a-half, relocation assistance, per diem, and comprehensive benefits after start. No degree required; construction safety experience is what matters most.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA construction standards.
• Hands-on jobsite/field safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day safety operations for the project.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and applicable regs.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans and JHAs.
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
• Conduct safety orientations and workforce training.
• Track employee training and certification requirements.
