Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals seeks an experienced Construction Safety Manager for a major Port Washington, WI project. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day safety, enforces OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards, and leads site-wide risk assessments and training.

With 3–5+ years in construction safety, you will develop site safety plans, conduct inspections, and coordinate with leadership, subcontractors, and trades to foster a strong safety culture on a long-term data center construction

Formación

• 3–5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA construction standards.
• Hands-on jobsite/field safety experience.
• Experience with large commercial or electrical construction is highly preferred.
• Data center construction experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day safety operations for the project.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and applicable regulations.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Conduct daily/regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Conduct safety orientations and workforce training.
• Track employee training and certification requirements.
• Work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and trades to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Support HR with new‑hire onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Participate in client reviews, safety audits, and regulatory inspections.
