Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager for a major, long-term data center project in Port Washington, WI. You will lead day-to-day safety operations, enforce OSHA 29 CFR 1926 standards, and develop site-specific plans while coordinating with project leadership and trades.

The role emphasizes hands-on field safety, incident investigations, and training, with overtime, per diem, and relocation support as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA construction standards.
• Hands-on jobsite/field safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day safety operations for the project.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and applicable regulations.
• Develop and maintain site-specific safety plans and JHAs.
• Conduct daily inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Conduct safety orientations and workforce training.
• Track employee training and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with project leadership, subcontractors, and trades to maintain safety culture.
• Support HR with onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Participate in client reviews, safety audits, and regulatory inspections.
