Zusammenfassung

Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Safety Manager for an on-site, short-term construction safety assignment in Hagerstown, MD. You will provide daily safety oversight on a commercial building project, monitor hazards, and enforce OSHA-compliant procedures with contractors.

The role is a 1099 contract with a 50-hour workweek, Monday through Saturday, starting November 19, 2026, and running through late November. Experience in commercial construction safety and OSHA 30 is required.

Qualifikationen

OSHA 30
Previous construction safety experience
Experience supporting commercial construction or installation activities
Ability to recognize and address jobsite hazards

Aufgaben

Provide daily onsite safety oversight for construction and installation activities
Monitor work areas for unsafe conditions and practices
Conduct jobsite safety observations and communicate corrective actions
Reinforce site safety procedures with contractors and project personnel
Support compliance with applicable OSHA requirements
Identify, document, and communicate safety concerns
Assist with daily safety discussions and coordination activities
Maintain appropriate safety documentation for the project
