Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our on-site safety team in Overland Park, KS. You will lead safety initiatives, train workers, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations on a major construction project.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of construction safety experience, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining strong communication with site management and contractors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction safety experience.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• OSHA 30 + CPR/First Aid required.
• OSHA 510 (construction) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies on site.
• Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers.
• Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and develop corrective actions.
• Stay Compliant – Ensure adherence to OSHA/federal/state regulations.
• Collaborate – Work with site management and contractors to maintain safety.
