Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Strong project management experience in construction, manufacturing, installation, or technical environments.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, field operations, or installation teams.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Willingness to learn company-specific project software.
• Strong mathematical aptitude with measurements and geometry.
• Ability to interpret project requirements and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Construction or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, installation plans, milestones, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities among customers, contractors, subcontractors, field personnel, engineering, and internal departments.
• Communicate project requirements, schedules, changes, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, materials, timelines, and overall performance.
• Review actual vs. estimated costs and flag budget or schedule concerns.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies, services, and other resources.
• Assist with project scope, change orders, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and documentation.
• Identify project risks and propose solutions to minimize delays or extra costs.
• Maintain accurate project records on job status, material flow, and changes.
• Support field installation activities and resolve issues on site.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout each project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
