Job summary

SteerBridge, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager (CM-PM) to provide onsite management for EHRM infrastructure upgrades at Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities in Northampton, MA.

You will coordinate scheduling, field operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within VA standards. The role requires a minimum of six years in construction project management, experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related technical field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of construction project management experience.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and tracking construction schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of construction administration processes, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, inspections, and progress reporting.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of start.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore/Bluebeam.
• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and Veterans Affairs PIV badge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the General Contractor’s master project schedule and milestone progress, identifying delays and risks early and supporting recovery planning.
• Provide schedule status updates and reports to COR, VA stakeholders, and company leadership on time and accurately.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders for schedule impacts and contract compliance; maintain audit-ready project files.
• Coordinate with VA staff, IT/EHRM teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Coordinate construction phasing to minimize disruption to hospital operations and patient care.
