Atoms is seeking a Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute complex onsite construction projects in the Los Angeles area. You will manage schedules, costs, and teams across multiple projects, partnering with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to codes and plans.

The role requires 7–10 years of construction experience, including 5–7 years in commercial real estate and F&B sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience; 5–7 years within commercial real estate and F&B construction.
• Ability to own multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative.
• Plus: Procore, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, delivering ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Oversee daily onsite construction activities, schedules, costs, safety, and stakeholder relations.
• Manage schedule, cost, and quality across multiple projects from permitting to completion.
• Define build approach, tendering, and appointment strategies for consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead teams of consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review project milestones and negotiate schedule recovery with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Coordinate inspections, installations, and due diligence activities onsite.
