Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, delivering ahead of schedule and below budget.
• Manage daily onsite activities: scheduling, costs, safety, and relationships to keep projects on track.
• Oversee schedule, cost, and quality across multiple projects from permitting through completion.
• Define build approaches, tendering, and appointment strategies for consultants, contractors, and vendors to maximize quality and minimize time/cost.
• Lead teams of consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review schedules and milestones to ensure critical path compliance; negotiate recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate all onsite activities during construction, including inspections and due diligence.
