Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead onsite activities in our Los Angeles office. You will supervise contractors, verify work quality, and help plan schedules and budgets while coordinating submittals and turnovers to operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong onsite supervision experience with multiple contractors, solid knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project, and excellent communication across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising onsite construction teams.
• Ability to verify construction quality and flag risks on site.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors onsite to ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
• Verify onsite work to confirm that the delivered quality meets all specifications and standards.
• Assist and guide contractors in resolving constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues as they arise.
• Support the planning and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
• Review and manage the flow of submittals related to owner-furnished items.
• Coordinate onsite sequencing for installations, utility companies, and facility turnover to operations.
