Atoms is hiring for an onsite construction supervisor in New York to lead contractor teams and ensure work meets safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires hands-on site supervision, strong scheduling and budgeting knowledge, and experience using Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and equity potential.

What you’ll do

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project.
• Strong onsite supervision experience, ideally supporting multiple contractors and workstreams.
• Ability to verify construction quality and flag inconsistencies or risks proactively.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment across contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

This role is based in our New York office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $134,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
