Job summary

Promera is seeking a Project Manager Foreman to lead contracted services on a large active construction site in Ellendale, ND. You will supervise a crew of 4–8, establish daily goals, and coordinate with general contractors and trades while ensuring safety and timely reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of crew supervision, construction project experience, and OSHA-10 (OSHA-30 preferred). A valid driver’s license, travel willingness, and ability to pass background/drug tests are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supervising crew.
• Construction project experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 required, OSHA-30 preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and identify site/building names.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician as needed.
• Establish daily production goals based on overall plan.
• Manage and assist in all work daily; crew size 4–8.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
