Job summary

Promera, a leading provider of environment management solutions, is seeking a Project Manager for an on-site role in Dallas–Richardson, TX. You will oversee contracted services on active construction sites, manage crews of 4–8, and coordinate with general contractors, other trades, vendors and the home office.

Required: OSHA-10 (OSHA-30 preferred), strong communication, reliability, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising a crew.
• Experience in a similar supervision role focused on crew management.
• Construction project experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliable.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willing to travel and able to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week; 1st shift with possible 2nd shift.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as manager, superintendent, or technician as needed.
• Establish daily production goals based on the overall plan.
• Manage daily work; crew size varies from 4 to 8.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
