Job summary

Promera in Ellendale, ND is seeking a Project Manager Foreman to oversee contracted services on a large active construction site. This on-site role requests 3+ years of crew supervision experience, strong blueprints reading, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

First shift with potential second shift, travel willingness, and a background check are required. The position offers competitive pay from $75,000 and benefits including PTO, health plans, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising crew required.
• Previous experience in a crew-management role.
• Construction project experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to read blueprints and identify site/building names.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Able to work up to 50 hours per week.
• First shift with possible second shift.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs and stand long periods.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician, as needed.
• Establishing daily production goals based on overall plan.
• Managing and assisting in all work daily - crew size 4 to 8.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.
• Conducting weekly toolbox talks.
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
