Job summary

Promera, formerly Data-Clean, is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site execution of contracted services at large construction sites in the Chicago area. The role requires field leadership, strong supervision of crews, and accountability for safety, productivity, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has experience managing union labor on complex projects and can coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and home office leadership. OSHA-10 certification is required; OSHA-30 preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA-10 certification is required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction or mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience managing union labor on complex projects.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician as needed.
• Lead daily field operations and adjust manpower based on project demands.
• Manage union and non-union labor while maintaining accountability for productivity and safety.
• Coordinate activities with general contractors, union trades, vendors, and home office leadership.
• Generate and manage detailed daily/weekly work reports and production metrics.
• Be the on-site senior company representative and escalation point for issues.
