Job summary

Promera is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead contracted services on large construction sites. You’ll command field operations, supervise crews, coordinate with general contractors and labor unions, and maintain rigorous safety and documentation practices.

This on-site leadership role requires a strong superintendent-style presence, hands-on problem solving, and a proven history of delivering projects on time and within budget across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction or mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing union labor on complex projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician as needed.
• Establish and execute daily production goals aligned with project schedules and deadlines.
• Lead and support crews ranging from 4 to 8 employees in active construction environments.
• Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, union trades, vendors, staffing partners, and home office leadership.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and weekly toolbox talks.
• Maintain detailed daily and weekly reporting on production, labor activity, incidents, delays, and workforce performance.
