Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee onsite management of large, complex power generation and heavy industrial construction projects in Pennsylvania. You will partner with the Lead Project Manager and construction team to supervise contract compliance, field execution, scheduling, cost controls, quality assurance, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction experience on large, complex projects.
• Experience with power plants and heavy industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• General contracting experience and knowledge of civil/structural/mechanical/electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, contracts, and cost data.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress and ensure contract, drawing, specification and safety compliance.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, NCR responses and working drawings.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Track budgets, job costs, billings, invoices, and cash flow projections.
• Assist with pricing, change orders, procurement, and material inventory.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain project correspondence, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, owners and internal teams to resolve issues.
